Before you book
This is an add-on only and must be purchased alongside another repair or service. If your bat only needs a standalone cosmetic refresh, book the Cricket Bat Clean Up instead.
Sending your bat
Please contact us before posting your bat so we can confirm the services you need and provide the latest send-in details. You can also arrange a confirmed drop-off in Gloucester.
Adding a refurbishment can increase turnaround time depending on workload and the bat’s condition. If you have a deadline, please message us first and we’ll advise the best option. Return shipping is charged at checkout and we return bats via a secure, insured courier service.
We have an outstanding reputation for bat work, but we can’t guarantee the longevity of a bat after any service due to the nature of cricket and willow. Completed bats must be collected or arranged for return within 3 months of completion.
