Returns & Refund Policy

We want customers to be confident ordering from 4D Cricket. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an additional 30-day voluntary return policy on eligible standard products.

To qualify for this additional policy, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and the item must be unused, unaltered and in its original condition.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

New cricket bats

New cricket bats are eligible for our additional 30-day voluntary return policy only if they have not been used or prepared.

A bat will not qualify for our voluntary 30-day return policy if it shows signs of use or preparation, including:

  • Ball marks

  • Match or training use

  • Knocking-in or mallet marks

  • Other alterations or preparation

This does not remove any statutory rights you may have where a bat is faulty, damaged on arrival, misdescribed or otherwise does not meet your legal rights as a consumer.

Used and refurbished cricket bats

Used and refurbished cricket bats are not included in our additional 30-day change-of-mind return policy.

This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods that apply to your purchase.

Grips, stickers and accessories

If grips, stickers or other accessories arrive faulty, defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with photographs where possible.

We will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy depending on the issue.

Custom teamwear and personalised goods

Custom, personalised or made-to-order teamwear is normally excluded from change-of-mind returns once it has been produced to the approved order.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, incorrect or misdescribed.

One-year new-bat repair guarantee

Every new cricket bat purchased directly from 4D Cricket includes one year of free repair support for repairable damage arising during normal cricket use.

The guarantee does not cover issues caused by circumstances such as:

  • Water or excessive moisture

  • Cricket spikes or similar external damage

  • Drops or accidental misuse

  • Poor or unsuitable storage

  • Improper use

  • Damage that is not reasonably repairable

Cricket bats are made from natural willow and no preparation process can make a bat unbreakable.

Preparation requirements vary between bats. Please follow the preparation advice supplied or recommended for your particular bat before hard-ball use.

This additional guarantee does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Returning an eligible item

Please contact us before sending a return.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost and safe return of the item.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Any refund of delivery charges required by law will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.
