At 4D Cricket, we aim to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. Please read our returns and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window on all purchases. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.


Returns for New Cricket Bats

Returns on new bats will only be accepted if:

  • The bat has not been knocked in

  • There are no visible ball marks or mallet dents on the blade

  • The bat is in unused condition

Any signs of use — including ball impact, mallet marks, or general wear — will void the return eligibility.

Returns will also be refused if the bat shows:

  • Water damage (especially to the toe)

  • Spike marks or signs of being dropped

  • Any damage not caused by a cricket ball during play or training


Free Repairs (New Bats Only)

We offer free repairs for the first year from the date of purchase on new bats, but only for damage caused directly by a cricket ball in a match or training setting.

Repairs are not covered for:

  • Water damage

  • Accidental drops

  • Spike damage

  • Storage-related issues

  • Improper use


Back Breaks & Knocking-In

All new bats must be knocked in for a minimum of 4 hours before use in matches.
We are not liable for bat breaks or structural damage if the bat has not undergone this minimum preparation.
Signs of premature use — including edge or toe damage, surface cracks, or broken grains — without sufficient knocking-in may result in the voiding of any repair or return claim.


Refurbished Bat Returns

Returns or complaints related to refurbished bats will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on condition and cause of fault.


Return Process

To start a return or claim a repair:

  1. Email lewis@4dcricket.com with your order number, photos of the bat, and a brief explanation.

  2. Await confirmation and instructions before returning the item.

  3. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.
