A clean up is a cosmetic and protection service rather than a structural repair. If cracks, splits or other damage are found underneath the old protection, we’ll contact you with the most suitable repair option before carrying out additional work.
Sending your bat
Please contact us before posting your bat so we can confirm the service and provide the latest send-in details. You can also arrange a confirmed drop-off in Gloucester.
Clean ups are typically turned around within 5–10 working days depending on workload. In peak season, turnaround can be longer. Return shipping is charged at checkout and we return bats via a secure, insured courier service.
We have an outstanding reputation for bat work, but we can’t guarantee the longevity of a bat after any service due to the nature of cricket and willow. Completed bats must be collected or arranged for return within 3 months of completion.
