How to post your bat for repair
Turnaround + delivery
Most repairs are typically turned around within 5–10 working days depending on workload and repair type. In peak season, turnaround can be longer. Return shipping is charged at checkout and we return bats via a secure, insured courier service.

Important
We have an outstanding reputation for repairs, but we can’t guarantee the longevity of a bat after repair due to the nature of cricket and willow. Completed bats must be collected or arranged for return within 3 months of repair completion.
