Bat Drop Off Information

To ensure the safe and cost-effective shipment of your bat, we advise utilising a parcel comparison website. This tool allows you to compare pricing, as well as drop-off and collection points, to find the best shipping option. Alternatively, visiting your local post office is a viable option.
When preparing your bat for shipment, please attach a label with your name, contact number, and order number (if available) to the inside of the parcel. For optimal protection during transit, we recommend wrapping your bat in bubble wrap or securing it with sheets of cardboard. If these materials are not available, an old towel or any kind of padding material will also provide adequate protection. While bat sleeves or carry cases are welcome for extra safeguarding, please be advised that they may not be returned to you.
Upon the arrival of your bat at our workshop, we will promptly notify you. However, during peak times, we encourage you to monitor your shipment's progress through the tracking system provided by your carrier to stay informed about its status.
Bats can also be dropped off, 7 days a week.
