Before you send your bat
Book the closest repair or refurbishment service first. If you are unsure which service applies, send clear photos of the damage and we will point you to the right option.

How to pack your cricket bat
- Attach your name, contact number and order number (if available) inside the parcel.
- Protect the bat with bubble wrap, cardboard or another suitable padding material.
- Pay particular attention to the toe and edges so the bat cannot move around inside the parcel.
- Bat sleeves or carry cases can be used for extra protection, but please do not send one that you need returned.
Choosing a delivery service
Use a tracked delivery service and keep your tracking information until the bat has arrived. A parcel comparison website can help you compare courier prices, collection options and local drop-off points; your local Post Office is also an option.
We recommend using an insured service for peace of mind.
When your bat arrives
We will confirm when your bat has reached the workshop. During busy periods, please also follow the tracking supplied by your carrier for the latest delivery status.
Drop off your bat in Gloucester
Drop-offs can be arranged seven days a week, subject to confirmation. Visits are by appointment and must be agreed in advance.
Please attach your name and contact number to the bat and message us on WhatsApp with the day you would like to drop off. We will confirm the arrangement before you travel.
