Before you book
Weight reduction depends on the bat’s profile, willow and existing shape. Please message us on WhatsApp with your bat’s current weight, your target weight and a couple of photos so we can confirm what’s realistic before you send it.
Sending your bat
Please contact us before posting your bat so we can confirm the service and provide the latest send-in details. You can also arrange a confirmed drop-off in Gloucester.
Most services are typically turned around within 5–10 working days depending on workload. In peak season, turnaround can be longer. Return shipping is charged at checkout and we return bats via a secure, insured courier service.
We have an outstanding reputation for bat work, but we can’t guarantee the longevity of a bat after any service due to the nature of cricket and willow. Completed bats must be collected or arranged for return within 3 months of completion.
