Weight reduction depends on the bat’s profile, willow and existing shape. Please message us on WhatsApp (07502 333238) with your bat’s current weight, your target weight, and a couple of photos so we can confirm what’s realistic before you send it.

Please contact us before posting your bat so we can confirm the correct service and provide the latest send-in details. You can also drop your bat off in Gloucester.
How to post your bat for repair
Turnaround + delivery
Most services are typically turned around within 5–10 working days depending on workload. In peak season, turnaround can be longer. Return shipping is charged at checkout and we return bats via a secure, insured courier service.

We have an outstanding reputation for repairs, but we can’t guarantee the longevity of a bat after any service due to the nature of cricket and willow. Completed bats must be collected or arranged for return within 3 months of completion.
