Shipping & Delivery Policy
In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery charges
Available delivery services and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Cricket bats are normally sent using a tracked parcel service such as Parcelforce Express48. Smaller items such as grips and stickers may be sent by Royal Mail Large Letter or another suitable service.
UK delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays. Tracking details are supplied where the selected service provides tracking.
International delivery
International delivery is available only to destinations enabled at checkout.
Current services and delivery charges are shown during checkout. Import duties, taxes, customs charges or local handling fees may be payable by the recipient and are not included unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Lost or damaged shop orders
Where 4D Cricket arranges the delivery carrier, 4D Cricket is responsible for the parcel while it is in transit until it is delivered to you or your authorised recipient.
If an order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us directly at lewis@4dcricket.co.uk. We will deal with the carrier and arrange the appropriate resolution.
Please keep the packaging and take photographs of any transit damage where possible.
Sending bats to 4D Cricket for repair
If you arrange the courier or postal service used to send a bat to us for repair, the bat remains your responsibility until it is delivered to 4D Cricket.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and adequately insured service.
Where 4D Cricket arranges the return delivery after repair, we are responsible for the bat while it is in transit until it is delivered to you or your authorised recipient.
