Before you book (important)

Emergency repairs depend on the damage, the bat’s condition, and courier timing. Please message us before booking (07502 333238) with clear photos and your deadline so we can confirm whether a 24 hour turnaround is realistic.

Sending your bat

Once confirmed, we’ll provide the latest send-in details. Use a tracked service and package the bat securely. You can also drop off in Gloucester if you’re local.

Turnaround + delivery

Emergency repairs are prioritised for a 24 hour turnaround where possible, but courier timings are outside our control. Return shipping is charged at checkout and we return bats via a secure, insured courier service.

We have an outstanding reputation for repairs, but we can’t guarantee the longevity of a bat after repair due to the nature of cricket and willow. Completed bats must be collected or arranged for return within 3 months of repair completion.
