Knocking-in improves readiness, but it doesn’t make a bat unbreakable. How the bat is used, the quality of the ball, and impact location all affect durability. If your bat already has cracks or damage, message us with photos first so we can advise whether a repair is needed.

Turnaround + delivery

Knocking-in is typically turned around within 5–10 working days depending on workload. In peak season, turnaround can be longer. Return shipping is charged at checkout and we return bats via a secure, insured courier service.

We have an outstanding reputation for bat work, but we can’t guarantee the longevity of a bat after any service due to the nature of cricket and willow. Completed bats must be collected or arranged for return within 3 months of completion.
